Move Day Before & After
These two spaces were unpacked and organized.

Garage Before & After
The garage held boxes and boxes of items. We sorted through what could be tossed or donated and organized the rest. We removed the donation items.

Move Day Closet Before & After
This client had a dream closet before we unpacked her fabulous shoes and clothes.

Selling Home Before & After
This client downsized into a condo from a large home. After her move, she still had a considerable amount of things in the house. We decided what to keep, donate and store. We removed the donation items. We packed the remaining things and scheduled movers. We called a storage location and set up storage. The client stayed home during the move allowing this process to be stress-free.

Selling Home Backyard Before & After
In preparation to list this house on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), the backyard needed some organizing and removal of items before it was show ready.

Move Day Closet
We unpacked the entire home for this client. Closets are always one of my favorites. We moved the clothes and shoes separately from the move. We organized the closet and ensured she had plenty of room to store her fabulous handbags.

Closet Before & After
We helped staged this house before it went on the market. He loved our services and hired us to organize his entire home and pack and unpack his home. Cleaning out the closets also allowed buyers to see the potential and extra storage.

Closet Before & After
Closets (or any rooms with a door) can quickly become dumping grounds for miscellaneous items. We pulled everything out and sorted the items into keep, donate or toss. We removed the donation items and left the client with a functioning closet with extra room.

Kids Room Before & After
My client has a son and his birthday is right before Christmas, so he gets double gifts. Every year we go through the toys and decide what to keep and donate. We remove the donation items as part of our maintenance program. I've been working with this family on a six-month basis for ten years.

Packing for my own Move
I went a little overboard with descriptive labels and numbers for each room while packing for my move.

Moving Fragile Items
We helped this client go through each room in her house before moving. By adding this step before the movers packed she saved money by only moving what she loved instead of everything she owned. For the fragile items, like these Swarovski butterflies, we wrapped them and packed them with care. We also moved the fracturable boxes and unpacked them in her new home.

Closet Before & After

This garage was storage during home construction. We started by sorting everything into a keep, donate or toss piles. We created a dedicated space for each item and rearranged the shelves for easier usability. We removed the donated items at the end of the day.

Move Day Kitchen
When you're combing two homes, you get to choose what item you love the most. We created a donation pile and unpacked the kitchen. We removed the boxes and donation items. The result was a fantastic kitchen.

Pantry Before & After
We organized my client’s pantry. He is moving, and we are going room my room drawer by drawer so when it’s time to pack he takes only the items he needs and loves!

Selling Home Before & After
This client was selling their home and needed the clutter removed before the house could go onto the market. We organized each space and packed items for storage. We removed the donation items.

Packing - Pantry Before & After
We packed the entire house for this client. Sometimes before the packing can begin a room needs organizing. Taking this extra time always saves money with movers because you only move what you love or need.

Playroom Before & After
This playroom was full of a mix of old toys and used toys. After going through all of the toys and deciding what to keep, donate and toss the remaining toys were sorted and organized. We removed the donation items.

Closet Before & After
This closet floor made getting to the clothes almost impossible. Once a pile starts it can quickly become a dumping ground. Typically just looking at the space can be overwhelming and paralyzing. Sometimes all you need is a friendly voice ensuring you we will get through this! We took everything out, sorted the items and put the miscellaneous items where they belonged.

This client was moving, and in preparation, we went through each closet and sorted what she could donate, toss or keep. In the end, the client had close to six huge bags removed for donation.

Garage Before & After
When you move, and the movers don’t label your boxes, it’s possible to store those boxes in the garage and forget about them. That day was ten years ago! Today we are helping our client unpack those boxes and purge items and put the found treasures in new boxes with labels.

We unpacked the house, and her room is done. She is a great spokesperson for Organize with Sam!

We unpacked the house, and the playroom is ready for hours of fun. Luckily an excited actress was on site.
